The 4 pillars of the Fluency Routine method

1. Adopt a growth mindset

  • be curious and take initiative 

  • welcome mistakes and learn 

  • overcome your limiting thoughts:

"I'm not good at English", "I'll never be fluent", "I'm too old to get fluent"

2. Make English part of your Routine

  • embed English training into your daily routine

  • learn with videos, podcasts, articles and books that you find interesting

  • train consistently for 10-15 mins a day

3. Learn how to learn effectively

  • train for real-life interactions 

  • use science-based learning techniques 

4. Interact with your Fluency Teacher

One-hour session a week is not enough.

You need to train consistently in and out of your weekly sessions, so you can:

  • get answers to your questions 

  • clarify your doubts

  • start thinking in English

  • receive feedback on your speaking or writing

when you need it, not tomorrow, not next week when your sense of urgency is over.
